Account Manager -Social Media

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full Account Management process
• Work closely with Managers to help achieve account management targets for the team
• Help generate ideas to improve the account management function of the Division
• Ensure effective and excellent service delivery within the relevant division to achieve agreed commercial and revenue targets
• Full Client Delivery and coordinating with the necessary team members to ensure deliverables are upon clients' requests and on time
• Maximize any chance of repeat business by meeting with clients and upselling
• Attend client meetings to ensure Chain Reaction is recognized for thought leadership and innovation
• Assist the Accounts Director daily to ensure the success of the department's responsibilities

Requirements

• BA degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Mass Communication, etc...)
• 5-7 years of agency experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Well organized and ability to multi-task
• Pro-active and intuitive
• Creative and social-first mindset
• Expert knowledge of social best practice
