About the role
Responsibilities
- Build long-term relationships with a premium user base
- Provide end-to-end user support, resolving daily requests and complex cases
- Manage communication via email, online chats, and calls
- Utilize AI and automation tools to optimize routine tasks
- Act as the voice of the user by providing product insights to the team
Requirements
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken)
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, account management, sales, or customer success
- Experience with premium/VIP or high-value clients is highly valued
- Ability to write personalized, engaging communications
- Ability to work evening shifts (16:00–00:00) on a 5/2 schedule
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Western markets (USA, Canada, Europe)
- Experience with Zendesk or similar tools
