About the role
Responsibilities
- Directly manage travel seller accounts as point of contact and trusted advisor
- Build multi-level relationships from operations teams to executives
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities and account growth
- Own renewals, commercial discussions and account forecasts
- Monitor account performance, invoicing and revenue against targets
- Serve as escalation point for complex customer issues
Requirements
- 3-6 years in account management, customer success or client services
- Experience with B2B customers
- Knowledge of travel distribution, GDS, TMCs, airlines or NDC
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a travel technology company, airline or travel management company
- Experience supporting software implementations
