Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, sponsors, and brand partners
• Plan and coordinate all stages of podcast production to ensure alignment with client objectives
• Act as the central hub between clients, production, creative, and technical teams
• Lead communication regarding deliverables, approvals, and campaign execution
• Manage the client review cycle, including briefings and feedback collection
• Track and manage account budgets, billing schedules, and expenses
• Prepare weekly progress reports outlining project status, milestones, and risks
• Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and upselling services

Requirements

• Experience in client relationship management and account ownership
• Ability to coordinate complex production timelines and deliverables
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management
• Proficiency in budget tracking and financial administration
• Ability to attend on-site shoots when necessary
