About the role
Responsibilities
- Own renewal strategy and outcomes for a portfolio of SMB clients, proactively identifying risks and developing action plans
- Identify and lead expansion opportunities from discovery through close to drive incremental revenue growth
- Serve as the primary commercial relationship owner, building trust with key client stakeholders
- Manage a high-volume book of business using Salesforce for accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Partner with Customer Success and Portfolio Directors to ensure clients realize maximum value from the platform
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success, preferably in SaaS or marketing technology
- Proven track record of meeting retention and growth targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and consultative selling skills
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous renewals and competing priorities
- Experience with digital marketing or consumer brands
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
