About the role
Responsibilities
- Process account opening requests for WBG, IBG, and international accounts (Iraq/UK)
- Maintain CRM workflows and ensure documentation accuracy
- Advise business units on discrepancies or missing documents
- Perform end-to-end account opening in AMBIT, CRM, Mosaic, and Phoenix
- Open internal accounts such as Map, STI, STS, STO, and Vostro accounts
- Ensure KYC/EDD compliance for high-risk countries
- Investigate customer and business inquiries and provide solutions
- Perform account reconciliation and escalate outstanding items
- Maintain compliance with ADIB policies and operational procedures
Requirements
- Knowledge of basic banking requirements and account opening processes
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Presentation and facilitation skills for in-person and phone interactions
- Proficient knowledge of general office systems and MS Office products
