Responsibilities

• Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry and mathematical accuracy
• Organize and maintain files, records, and cash equivalents
• Analyze computerized financial information and maintain electronic spreadsheets
• Classify, code, and summarize numerical data to compile financial records
• Prepare and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, and payroll reports
• Complete period-end closing procedures
• Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements
• Address guest service needs in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
• Professional communication skills for telephone and email etiquette
