About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon Seller Central (3P) and Vendor Central (1P) accounts
- Create and maintain product listings, variations, and catalog content
- Handle Seller Support cases, account issues, suspensions, and appeals
- Monitor account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies
- Support Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
- Optimize listings through keyword research and backend search terms
- Manage Brand Registry assets including A+ Content
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central
- Experience working with Amazon Vendor Central (1P)
- Written English at a B2 level or higher
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with FBA and FBM operations
- Knowledge of Amazon SEO and listing optimization
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience using AI tools to improve workflows
