Account Support Representative

Responsibilities

• Oversee the timely collection of payments from customers while maintaining positive client relationships
• Monitor and follow up on registration processes to ensure timely completion and accuracy
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local regulations to ensure full company compliance
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial and administrative records related to collections and registration
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to streamline compliance procedures and improve efficiency
• Escalate issues to management regarding delayed payments or regulatory concerns

Requirements

• UAE National
• Degree in Finance
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in collections, compliance, or administrative coordination
• Essential proficiency in Microsoft 365

• Strong interpersonal skills including active listening and relationship building
• Proven ability in problem-solving and data management
• High attention to detail and commitment to policy adherence
