About the role
Responsibilities
- Process payment requests and prepare payment registers in 1C
- Reconcile bank statements and record incoming/outgoing invoices
- Perform reconciliations with customers and suppliers
- Maintain internal operational and financial tracking files
- Act as an authorized signatory for UAE banking interactions
- Manage banking documentation including KYC/AML forms and signatory updates
- Coordinate corporate documentation for bank requests and service activations
- Manage relationships with multiple banks and navigate online banking platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in finance
- Proficiency in 1C and Excel
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Hands-on experience in opening and managing corporate bank accounts in the UAE
