Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including handling accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Process payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee payroll records and handle payroll-related inquiries.
- Calculate employee benefits, deductions, and other payroll elements.
- Ensure timely submission of payroll reports and tax filings.
- Stay informed of changes in accounting and payroll regulations.
- Prepare and file financial reports with relevant authorities as needed.
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate payroll data and resolve any discrepancies.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department and employees on payroll-related queries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and payroll processing.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Availability to report to the office as needed (once a week or every fortnight).
- You have to have your Own Visa / Own Sponsorship.
Benefits:
- Offered Salary: 5000 - 7000 AED.
