Accountant - F&B/Multi-Outlet Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete accounting cycle across 10+ coffee shop locations, including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
• Reconcile daily outlet sales across POS systems, cash, credit cards, and delivery platforms
• Track food and beverage costs, gross margins, and COGS
• Manage procurement controls, including PO-GRN-Invoice three-way matching
• Oversee inventory records, physical stock counts, and investigate variances
• Process monthly payroll inputs and reconcile employee costs
• Monitor daily cash positions and prepare short-term cash flow forecasts
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in F&B, restaurants, or hospitality
• Experience managing finance activities across multiple branches or outlets
• Strong understanding of F&B cost control and outlet-level profitability
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of UAE financial and regulatory requirements
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is an advantage
