About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounts payable activities and maintain accurate financial records
- Process supplier invoices, payments and account reconciliations
- Coordinate with suppliers, internal departments and management on payment matters
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments
- Maintain documentation and support monthly closing activities
- Handle work pressure professionally while meeting deadlines
Requirements
- 3-5 years of accounts payable experience in Food & Beverage
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and AP procedures
- Working knowledge of an ERP system
- Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and a responsible approach to work
- Arabic speaker, immediate joiner
