Accountant & Financial Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review and record client invoices, checking supporting documents, approvals, and account coding
• Reconcile bank accounts, client balances, and general ledger accounts
• Support month-end close including journal entries, accruals, and bad debt provisions
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to obtain missing information and documentation
• Prepare schedules and supporting documents for reporting and audits
• Work with the automation team to automate accounting workflows and reconciliation templates

Requirements

• Practical accounting or financial management experience
• Understanding of double-entry bookkeeping, accruals, prepayments, and financial statements
• Experience with NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP
• Confident Excel or Google Sheets user
• Good written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• International or SaaS/fintech experience
• Multiple entities or currencies experience
• Big Four experience
