About the role
Responsibilities
- Verify daily cash and cheque transactions and encode them into the ERP system
- Authorize release of vehicle Customs Certificates and sale letters
- Authorize final release of vehicles for customer delivery
- Review sale document packs, including cleared funds, registration card details, insurance and assignee clauses
- Submit deal packs to finance, bank and debt collector and monitor full bank payment
Requirements
- Accounting qualification
- ERP and advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal English and Arabic
- Strong time management and auditing mindset
- Minimum 2 years work experience
