About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports and reconciliations
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings
- Ensure accuracy of financial documentation and accounting compliance
- Support budgeting, financial reporting and audit processes
- Coordinate with internal departments on financial operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Previous experience as an Accountant
- Experience in real estate development
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the government sector
