About the role
Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices accurately and on time using SAP
- Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, goods receipts and supplier invoices
- Prepare and process vendor payments and reconcile vendor statements
- Monitor ageing reports and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Support month-end and year-end closing, including accruals and reconciliations
- Assist internal and external audits with required documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal English
