Accounting & Administration Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the full accounting cycle, including AP/AR, payroll, general ledger, fixed assets, and financial reporting
• Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with IFRS
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and FTA requirements
• Coordinate external audits and implement strong internal controls
• Oversee trade licenses, visas, labor, and other government-related processes
• Manage office administration, procurement, contracts, insurance, and facilities
• Support HR administration, employee records, and payroll compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• 2–3 years in a senior finance role within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial regulations
• Hands-on experience with external audits and UAE government portals
• Experience managing PRO, licensing, immigration, and labor-related processes
• Valid UAE driving license
