About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the full accounting cycle, including AP/AR, payroll, general ledger, fixed assets, and financial reporting
- Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with IFRS
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and FTA requirements
- Coordinate external audits and implement strong internal controls
- Oversee trade licenses, visas, labor, and other government-related processes
- Manage office administration, procurement, contracts, insurance, and facilities
- Support HR administration, employee records, and payroll compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 5–7 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- 2–3 years in a senior finance role within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial regulations
- Hands-on experience with external audits and UAE government portals
- Experience managing PRO, licensing, immigration, and labor-related processes
- Valid UAE driving license
What we look for
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 5–7 years of accounting experience
- 2–3 years senior finance experience in UAE
- Knowledge of IFRS and UAE VAT
- Experience with UAE government portals
- Valid UAE driving license
