About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with recording and processing daily financial transactions
- Enter invoices, expenses, and payments into financial systems
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial records
- Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation
- Assist with preparing financial reports and account summaries
- Monitor outstanding invoices and account balances
- Research and resolve discrepancies in financial records
- Support audits by gathering and organizing financial documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance
- Basic understanding of financial transactions and reconciliations
- Experience using spreadsheets and accounting software
- Strong computer and digital skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- English proficiency
- Reliable internet connection and suitable remote setup
