Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own month-end reconciliations, schedules and accounting records across entities
• Manage accounts receivable, billing, aging and collections follow-up
• Track client retainers, internal costs and profitability views
• Reconcile supplier invoices, accruals and accounts payable
• Oversee payment processing and reconciliations across PSPs and banks
• Support crypto payment records, treasury functions and AML scans

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent)
• 5+ years accounting experience, 2+ at senior accountant level
• High-volume reconciliation and complex month-end close experience
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
• AR, AP, accrual accounting and financial reporting experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Cash-flow forecasting and multi-currency treasury experience
• Big 4 audit experience
• Multi-entity or multi-country accounting experience
• Sage and Zoho ecosystem experience
