About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end AP operations, payment approvals and reconciliations
- Lead AR collection activities and escalate delinquent accounts
- Develop AP/AR dashboards, KPI reports and executive insights
- Drive AI and RPA automation of repetitive AP/AR activities
- Ensure internal controls, compliance with UAE financial regulations and audit support
- Supervise and mentor AP/AR team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, commerce or business administration
- 3-5 years of progressive finance experience
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or Assistant Manager role
- Strong AP/AR operational experience
- Advanced Excel, Power BI and SQL skills
- ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Sage, Dynamics 365)
Preferred Qualifications
- ACCA, CMA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent
- UAE healthcare insurance, TPA or payer finance experience
- RPA experience (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere)
