About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage vendor and provider onboarding, system setup and communications
- Review, process and audit invoices and verify general ledger coding
- Maintain master 1099 provider listing and contract terms
- Resolve invoice discrepancies, past dues and vendor disputes
- Post payments, manage account reconciliations and aging
- Complete and distribute annual 1099 tax forms
Requirements
- 1-3 years accounting experience in healthcare settings
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- Daily proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with vendor setup, coding and invoice reconciliation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare industry
