Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Verify the accuracy and completeness of supplier invoices
• Process and reconcile invoices with proper coding
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and execute supplier payment runs
• Input vendor invoices into the company system
• Reconcile bank transactions
• Maintain organized records for audit and reporting
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist with general administrative tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Proven experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or a related financial role
• Familiarity with accounting software and systems; experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
