Accounts Payable Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise the accounts payable team and provide guidance and support
• Oversee supplier invoice processing for accuracy and payment terms compliance
• Coordinate payment disbursements by check, electronic and wire transfer
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
• Conduct periodic vendor reconciliations and maintain accurate AP records
• Generate AP performance, aging and payment schedule reports
• Analyze AP data to identify trends and cost savings opportunities
• Provide regular updates to the head of finance
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Assist in internal and external audits
• Provide training and mentorship to team members

Requirements

• Experience in accounts payable management and supervision
• Knowledge of invoice processing and payment disbursement
• Adherence to health, safety and environmental procedures
