About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer invoices based on contracts, POs, and milestones
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT requirements
- Maintain customer receivable balances in Oracle Fusion
- Monitor AR ageing reports and follow up on overdue amounts
- Coordinate with Business Development and project teams for collections
- Perform customer statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Support revenue recognition and reconcile AR subledger with general ledger
- Provide weekly and monthly collection forecasts
- Support month-end closing and audit requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or general accounting
- Good understanding of UAE VAT requirements
- Experience with Oracle Fusion or a similar ERP system preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- High attention to detail and strong reconciliation abilities
