Accounts Receivable Administrator

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices by phone and email
• Complete and track vendor registrations so customers can process invoices and payments
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve payment blockers and missing documentation
• Keep accurate records of follow-ups, registration status and expected payment dates
• Escalate unresolved issues and keep stakeholders informed

Requirements

• Confidence making customer calls and following up consistently
• Clear written and spoken English
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and coordinate across teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in collections, customer service or administrative coordination
• Experience with Salesforce and Business Central
