Accounts Receivable Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage the full AR cycle including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting
• Issue reminders and follow up via calls/emails to manage overdue accounts
• Perform daily banking including cheque and cash deposits
• Support Zenda School Payment App setup for tuition and other income
• Prepare and issue tuition fee invoices using Price books, Contracts, and Sales Orders
• Manage billing for boarding students including fees, activities, and visa charges
• Prepare and post JVs for bank charges and intercompany transactions
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain reconciliation data
• Support month-end closing processes including AR schedules and control accounts
• Provide customer service support via email, telephone, and walk-ins
• Update KHDA/ADEK portals with fee information and discounts
• Support FTA VAT requirements and audit requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in accounts receivable or finance operations
• Mandatory experience in education sector finance
• Proficiency in ERP solutions (e.g., NetSuite, NSPB Planning) and MS Excel
• Strong understanding of AR processes, billing systems, and reconciliations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as ACCA, CMA, or CPA
