Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor the accounts receivable team
• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle including invoice verification and aging analysis
• Develop and implement collection strategies to minimize DSO
• Prepare accurate and timely accounts receivable reports
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations and VAT requirements
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to resolve issues
• Train team members on accounting software and company procedures

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in accounts receivable or collections
• 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• Strong knowledge of UAE tax regulations and VAT compliance
• Excellent understanding of credit policies and collection procedures
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in the Middle East or UAE business environment preferred
