About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise the accounts receivable function and provide guidance to the finance team
- Oversee invoicing, billing, and collections processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor and reconcile guest and client accounts, addressing discrepancies
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and partners
- Generate reports on accounts receivable performance and aging balances
- Assist in credit control measures and review credit applications
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Assist in internal and external audits
Requirements
- Expertise in accounts receivable management
- Strong ability to analyze receivables data and identify trends
- Experience in credit control and credit policy compliance
- Ability to provide training and mentorship to team members
- Commitment to health, safety, and environmental procedures
