About the role
Responsibilities
- Run activation workflows and enter provider credentials into the Hopae Console
- Guide customers through eID-specific activation steps
- Recruit, onboard and manage production testers
- Coordinate and run real-world tests with production testers
- Collect evidence and produce clear test reports
- Raise issues and follow up with Engineering and Product
- Maintain accurate records of activation status and test coverage
Requirements
- Detail-driven, organized and dependable
- Clear, patient communication with customers and testers
- Ability to structure scattered feedback into actionable reports
- Comfort reading documentation and technical instructions
- Working knowledge of Korean and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer onboarding, operations, testing coordination or customer success
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS or digital identity
