Responsibilities

• Review code, methodology, and analysis from analysts
• Manage data requirements and evaluate data appropriateness
• Project manage customer engagements and collaborate with external stakeholders
• Make recommendations based on analysis and communicate results to clients
• Own customer relationships and serve as primary point of contact
• Increase efficiency through process standardization
• Model financial outcomes, healthcare trends, and identify risks
• Collaborate with the software team to design and deploy adjudication software

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) required; FSA preferred
• 7-10 years of experience working with medical claims data
• Strong technical skills in Excel, R, and Python
• Entrepreneurial mindset and excellent collaboration skills
• Diligent time management and prioritization
