Ad Monetization Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and own monetization and yield strategy including waterfall management and mediation setup
• Design and optimize in-app ad placements, formats, and user segmentation
• Build and maintain relationships with ad network partners
• Monitor and manage ad creative quality across networks
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and experimentation
• Partner with product, engineering, and media teams to identify inventory improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in advertising monetization, ad operations, or revenue-related roles
• Experience working with SSPs, ad servers, mediation platforms, and header-bidding
• Strong familiarity with Admob Mediation Pro and Max Mediation
• AI-native mindset with a focus on using AI tools to scale impact
• Proven track record of optimizing monetization performance
• Highly organized and able to drive multiple workstreams in parallel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with reward-based apps or mobile games
• Experience with subscription or IAP monetization
