About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and provide support to the regional head and business units
- Organize diaries and schedule internal and external meetings
- Coordinate business trips, including visa applications, travel bookings, and transportation
- Handle staff expense reimbursements via Oracle - Al Madar System and manage petty cash
- Monitor department costs, expenses, and requisitions
- Coordinate with internal departments such as IT, HR, and Marketing
- Manage interview processes and coordinate with new recruits and HR
- Prepare marketing materials and coordinate conference invitations
Requirements
- Proficiency in English (Arabic preferred)
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service and administration skills
