About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle calls while supporting the Administrator
- Assist in employee engagement activities and facility management
- Assist in ticketing, travel and onboarding coordination using specialized ERP systems
- Assist in administrative reporting and marketing activities
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information
- Assist in visa and immigration public relations functions, occasionally visiting ministries
- Type, scan and maintain documents in Arabic or English
Requirements
- Graduate or diploma holder, or first-year college student
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to type in Arabic
- Computer literate with MS Office skills
- Available 16 hours per week and monthly in-person office attendance
- Valid driving license
- Role reserved for UAE nationals
