About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and code vendor invoices and retail expenses into the ERP system
- Prepare and execute weekly and monthly payment runs via bank platforms
- Monitor customer/wholesale balances and follow up on aging receivables
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
- Support month-end closing procedures and accruals preparation
- Maintain organized physical and digital financial archives
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting
- Experience in a retail or multinational environment in the UAE
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Excel and modern accounting software or ERPs
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and double-entry principles
- Fluency in English
