About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist PMC with weekly, monthly and yearly reconciliation for SZHP, DOF and FTA business
- Register SZHP, DOF and FTA cases, upload documents and update the PMC master sheet
- Follow up on payment registration and invoicing
- Handle Oracle registration and progress payment, valuation and invoice records
- Prepare business monthly reports and monthly MIS, with quality control
- Analyse and document business processes to improve efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor university degree
- Minimum two years of experience in the field
- Good communication skills
- Accounting knowledge
- Good to advanced Microsoft programs knowledge
