Administrative Executive

Responsibilities

• Pay utility bills (DEWA, chiller, gas, internet), DTCM fees and vendor jobs before due dates
• Request card top-ups and utility funds with bills due for Finance review and CFO approval
• Follow up on blocked cards, failed payments and provider issues until bills are paid
• Tag every property card payment to a unit with the bill attached
• Keep the utility register per unit and update the utility tracker
• Send the monthly per-unit expense list to Finance by the SOA cut-off
• Keep the DET permit tracker and handle permit and trade license renewals
• Keep the master database and inventory of storage items and smart locks updated

Requirements

• Proficient in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Experience with property admin tasks such as utility accounts, permit renewals and invoice tracking
• Experience in holiday homes
