About the role
Responsibilities
- Guide walk-in and online applicants through the full admission process
- Review and follow up on daily online applications
- Issue acceptance notifications and follow up on missing documents
- Communicate with applicants' families regarding program options and financial support
- Complete enrollment in Student Information Systems (SIS)
- Support students with visa-related documentation and legal requirements
- Assist in collecting and reviewing financial aid documents
- Coordinate with legal and finance departments for contract validation
- Maintain accurate student finance files and documentation
- Respond to student inquiries regarding Blackboard, SIS, and campus emails
- Ensure compliance with UAE Ministry of Education, KHDA, and PDPL standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in higher education (preferably in the UAE)
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Familiarity with SIS and Odoo platforms
- Knowledge of UAE higher education policies and KHDA/MOE guidelines
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
