Admission & Registration Officer

Responsibilities

• Guide walk-in and online applicants through the full admission process
• Review and follow up on daily online applications
• Issue acceptance notifications and follow up on missing documents
• Communicate with applicants' families regarding program options and financial support
• Complete enrollment in Student Information Systems (SIS)
• Support students with visa-related documentation and legal requirements
• Assist in collecting and reviewing financial aid documents
• Coordinate with legal and finance departments for contract validation
• Maintain accurate student finance files and documentation
• Respond to student inquiries regarding Blackboard, SIS, and campus emails
• Ensure compliance with UAE Ministry of Education, KHDA, and PDPL standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in higher education (preferably in the UAE)
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Familiarity with SIS and Odoo platforms
• Knowledge of UAE higher education policies and KHDA/MOE guidelines
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
