About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain QA scorecards for calls, emails, and texts
- Turn interaction reviews into coaching and script improvements
- Analyze inquiry-to-enrollment performance across B2C, B2B2C, and B2B journeys
- Track lead response time, stage progression, enrollment yield, and melt in HubSpot and dashboards
- Map candidate touchpoints and partner with teams to fix friction
- Flag inaccurate program information and compliance concerns
Requirements
- Experience in admissions quality, contact-center QA, customer experience, or sales quality
- Experience reviewing calls or written communications and coaching teams
- Measured operational improvement in conversion, response time, or quality
- Practical proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM, Excel, and dashboard tools
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, education, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Higher education admissions experience
- Familiarity with teacher certification
