About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide professional private secretarial service for Retail Autocare Services, routing callers and correspondence
- Assist with stock audits and inventory management compliance
- Support scheduling of retail outlet maintenance and logging of repairs
- Enter fuel and non-fuel sales data into relevant systems
- Maintain filing, data retrieval and correspondence distribution systems
- Arrange meetings and coordinate participant timing
- Handle customer feedback, prepare monthly feedback reports and maintain records
- Update retail staff lists, termination and resignation records
- Upload and distribute BI, REVEX and retail network performance reports
- Draft documents for fuel price changes and maintain station directory and SOP records
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience (4 years considered for exceptional candidates)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
