About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle policy servicing including valuations, withdrawals, top-ups, assignments, and transfers of agency
- Process policy changes such as regular contributions, payment instructions, and beneficiary updates
- Support new business applications for pensions, savings, and insurance cases
- Communicate with clients and advisers via email, phone, and written correspondence
- Liaise with providers, trustees, and pension schemes
- Maintain accurate and compliant records using Plume and other internal systems
- Manage incoming provider correspondence and maintain organized workflow
Requirements
- Previous experience in wealth management or financial advice administration
- Experience with pensions and retirement planning
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Professionalism when dealing with clients and senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in using technology and learning new systems
