Affiliate Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop affiliates with communities and relationships consisting of HNW clients and professional traders
• Manage and enhance relationships with HNW clients in MENA and build partnerships with influencers for user acquisition
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns with influencers, KOLs, or media channels
• Expand the user base and grow awareness of the OKX brand
• Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates/KOLs and acquire users

Requirements

• Solid experience in Cryptocurrency, Finance, FX, or related spaces
• Track record in building large affiliate networks from start to finish
• Experience in business development or affiliate management
• Solid connections in the MENA region with HNW clients and professional traders
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Understanding of affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and data analysis
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working at a crypto exchange
• Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams
• Passion for blockchain technology and the crypto payments space
