Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and close new casino and sports betting affiliate deals using CPA, rev share, and hybrid arrangements
• Build and maintain a pipeline of new affiliate opportunities across the regional landscape
• Act as the primary point of contact for the regional partner book, managing communication and relationship growth
• Manage positioning, placements, offers, and creative assets to optimize signup conversion and FTD generation
• Monitor deal-level and cohort-level performance, including traffic quality and bonus abuse
• Report regularly on new deals closed, pipeline, book performance, and key risks

Requirements

• Proven track record sourcing and closing casino and/or sports betting affiliate deals
• Established relationships within the regional casino or sports betting affiliate landscape
• Strong working knowledge of affiliate deal structures (CPA, rev share, hybrid, fixed-fee)
• Experience monitoring traffic quality and player cohort performance
• Strong negotiation and commercial judgment skills
• Ability to manage a growing book independently, including reporting and deal administration
