About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new affiliate partners and reactivate inactive affiliates
- Attend affiliate marketing events, conferences, and meetups to expand the network
- Maintain regular communication with affiliates regarding program updates and policies
- Monitor traffic and transactions to prevent fraud and ensure compliance
- Provide affiliates with marketing materials, banners, and landing pages
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to attract new partners
- Develop incentive programs, seasonal campaigns, and bonus structures
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI to optimize results
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming industry
- Understanding of web analytics and performance metrics (ROI, ROMI, eCPA, ARPU)
- Knowledge of traffic sources and payment models (CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid)
- Experience working with Tier1 and Tier2 markets
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- English proficiency at B1–B2 level
