About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive affiliate marketing initiatives focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliate partners across targeted markets
- Build and nurture strong, long-term affiliate relationships
- Monitor affiliate budgets, ROI and KPIs using data to optimize performance
- Ensure affiliate activities align with programme policies and industry regulations
- Support Junior Affiliate Managers by sharing knowledge and best practices
Requirements
- Previous experience working as an Affiliate Manager within the iGaming industry
- Experience managing affiliates across multiple international markets
- Experience working with unregulated markets
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Hands-on experience with affiliate management platforms like MyAffiliates and analytical tools like SimilarWeb
- Results-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
- Knowledge of Malay and/or Chinese
- Experience with SEO and competitor analysis
- Understanding of financial reporting and invoicing processes
