Affiliate Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies tailored to the German FX market within the EMEA region.
• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing affiliates to ensure mutual growth.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
• Identify potential affiliate partners, negotiate terms, and manage the onboarding process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate initiatives with overall company marketing goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Fluency in German with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English for engaging with international teams and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, specifically within the financial sector or Forex industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
