Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and close new poker affiliate deals across the region
• Structure CPA, rev share, rakeback-based, and hybrid arrangements
• Build and maintain a pipeline of new affiliate opportunities
• Manage the day-to-day regional partner book and relationship growth
• Monitor deal-level and cohort-level performance, including traffic quality and rake generation
• Renegotiate or cut underperforming or low-quality sources
• Report regularly on new deals, pipeline, and book performance

Requirements

• Proven track record sourcing and closing poker affiliate deals
• Strong understanding of poker and poker player economics (rakeback, player segments)
• Established relationships within the regional poker affiliate landscape
• Working knowledge of CPA, rev share, and hybrid deal structures
• Experience monitoring cohort quality and rake generation
• Strong negotiation and commercial judgment
