Affiliate Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and present tailored partnership proposals and negotiate terms with new and existing affiliates
• Guide and support partners through every stage of the partnership to foster long-term relationships
• Drive partner retention by creating customized offers and implementing loyalty systems
• Monitor affiliate-posted materials for quality and brand compliance
• Analyze partner traffic and key performance metrics (ROI, LTV, NGR, GGR, ARPU, ROAS) to optimize strategy
• Increase customer acquisition by driving higher traffic flow from partner sites
• Use CRM tools to track and manage all partner contacts and communications

Requirements

• Minimum 1.5 years of proven affiliate marketing experience in the iGaming and Betting industry
• Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating and optimizing traffic funnels
• Ability to create detailed technical tasks for developers and designers
• Excellent organizational, time management, and negotiation skills
• Availability to travel and attend industry conferences
